MamasteFit provides birth doula services & fitness programming that helps with mama #gainz throughout all phases of #momlife--pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum. We want you to be able to adapt to your ever changing pregnant body, find strength and focus during labor, provide continuous support during labor, and then help you recover in the postpartum with your newest addition to your family.
All our programming is progressive and intentional: no random workouts and movements with the only purpose being to make you sweat or tired. We train with a purpose: to meet the demands of motherhood in all phases.
Our programming is research based, and we give mama the tools to make informed decisions about her pregnancy, birth, and her postpartum experience.
Our community is built by strong women, who raise strong children. Each phase of motherhood is approached with an open heart and mind, and we have created an environment that is welcoming of all.
Mamastefit was founded by Gina Conley, who through her own pregnancy and postpartum, found the need for this type of resource within her community. Now the mothers of the Sandhills Region have access to birth doula services & small group fitness training designed specifically for them!
The mama in us honors the mama in you. You are stronger than you think, mama.
MamasteFit is veteran owned and operated.
