Box Squat w/ Ball Squeeze (2/3 Trimester)

 

Place the ball between the thighs or knees. If pregnant, may need to sub for a yoga block on the widest level to accommodate for the belly. Inhale as you squat to the bench or box, maintain the forward lean, exhale as you stand back up.

Squeeze the ball or block the entire squat.
