Single Arm Banded Row
Babywearing Option: Front or back carry would be appropriate for this movement.
Points of Performance:
1. As you pull the band backward, keep the elbows tight into the side.
2. Exhale as you pull, keeping the ribs stacked over the pelvis.
3. For single arm, focus on keeping the torso square as there may be a tendency to rotate or use momentum to pull the band backwards.
