Points of Performance:
1. Attach one end of the bar to the cable machine.
2. Press the bar away while keeping both ends even with one another, and then with control bring it back into your chest.
3. Focus on keeping the shoulders, hips, and knees square as you press forward and back.
4. To increase the difficulty, increase the weight or decrease the stability by standing on unstable surfaces.
