Points of Performance:
Create a triangle with the band, and pull the band towards your face.
As you pull the back towards your face, there will be a slight external rotation of the shoulder, as the forearms lift higher than the shoulders.
There may be a tendency to flare the ribs as you pull back, focus on exhaling as you pull to help keep the ribs in position.
Think about pulling the shoulder blades together as you pull, and relax in the upper shoulders as you pull.
