Babywearing Option: Hold your baby in your chest for the babywearing option.
Points of Performance:
Place band around back of neck and sides of each foot, creating a triangle with the band.
Hinge forward at the hip, pushing the hips back and lengthening in the glute.
Once backward movement of the hips stops, stop the movement and stand back up.
Focus on the positioning of the feet; ensuring you have even weight distribution between the heel and two ball mounds of the foot.
You should feel this in the hamstring and glute as you raise and lower.
