Babywearing Option: Hold your baby in your chest for the babywearing option.

Points of Performance:

  • Place band around back of neck and sides of each foot, creating a triangle with the band.

  • Hinge forward at the hip, pushing the hips back and lengthening in the glute.

  • Once backward movement of the hips stops, stop the movement and stand back up.

  • Focus on the positioning of the feet; ensuring you have even weight distribution between the heel and two ball mounds of the foot.

  • You should feel this in the hamstring and glute as you raise and lower.
