Half Kneeling Bottoms Up Kettlebell Press


Babywearing Options: Front or rear babywear would be acceptable during this movement.

Points of Performance:

1. Kneel down on the side you are pressing with.

2. Hold the kettlebell upside down, and balance it as you press it upwards.  Focus on the stability in the shoulder, and pay attention to any rib thrusting that may be happening.

3. Exhale as you press, slow and controlled.
