Staggered Stance Kettlebell Swing
Babywearing Option: Front or back carry may be appropriate for this movement depending on baby's head control. Option to do single arm kettlebell swing while using the other arm to support the baby's head.
Points of Performance:
- Holding the kettlebell with a loose grip, hinge at the hips to bring the kettlebell between your legs.
- Using the hip extension, the kettlebell will swing forward until it reaches roughly shoulder level.
- When you reach the top, avoid overextending backwards, and try to stop the movement in a vertical, stacked position.
- For staggered stance KBS, stand a bit wider than hip distance and line the front heel up w the back toe. If you have a line on the ground to line it up w, it will be easier to visualize it.
