Half Kneeling Landmine Strict Press
Points of Performance:
Either use a landmine device or put the barbell in a corner (or with bumper plates)
Kneel down on the side you are pressing with.
Lean into the barbell, and then exhale to press the bar upwards. Repeat the number of prescribed repetitions on the other side, switching knees.
Stand up, and as if you were stirring a pot, maintain torso position while moving arms.
