Babywearing Option: Babywearing on the front or rear would be acceptable during this movement. Be aware of your baby's head as you lean forward during the pull through if you are front carrying.
Points of Performance:
1. Create tension in the band in the hinge position with the band in between your legs.
2. Extend in the hip to pull the band through the legs and stand upright. Focus on using the extension to pull the band through.
3. Keep the shoulders pulled back, and the back flat throughout the movement.
4. Hinge back in the hips to bring the band back to its starting position.
