Banded Rotational Lunge
Babywearing Option: Babywearing on the back would be preferable. You can also use your baby as the weight by holding them into your chest.
Points of Performance:
1. Standing upright, reverse lunge and rotate towards the opposite leg.
2. After movement as ceased, return to standing and switch sides.
3. Focus on keeping the knee stacked over the ankle, and pay attention to any lateral movement of the knee (inward or outwards). If you are having trouble keeping the knee stacked, slow the movement down or drop weight.
