Points of Performance:
1. Focus on the positioning of the knee and hip as you move from cone to cone.
2. Pay attention to any signs or symptoms that may show up during the movement; if you feel any leaking or discomfort in the pelvic area, please stop the movement and assess your torso's positioning (are you keeping ribs stacked over pelvis).
3. Use control as you move from cone to cone, this is as fast as you can, but it isn't chaos. We leave chaos for the rest of mom life.
