Babywearing Option: Babywearing on the front or rear would be acceptable during this movement.
Points of Performance:
1. Start with hands by your sides, keeping the arms straight, raise the hands to overhead.
2. Keep the arms in line with the sides of the body; there may be a tendency to allow the arms to move forward as you get higher with the movement.
3. Focus on keeping the ribs stacked over the pelvis. There may be a tendency to flare the ribs; if this is happening focus on the breath, and/or decrease the resistance of the bands.
