Welcome to Week 1 of the Postpartum Return to Running Program!  

First of all, congrats on motherhood!  It's no easy feat being pregnant, giving birth, and then being a mama!

Please watch the videos each week as I will be discussing specific points of performance for each workout, and going over any important information in regards to the programming.
