Week 2


Welcome to Week 2 of the Postpartum Return to Running Program!  

Strength sessions are starting to get a little bit longer in length; remember if you can split up the strength and conditioning into two separate sessions, as needed!

In this week's video, I will be discussing the kettlebell swing movement points of performance, the lateral band walk, and common tendencies with overhead movements.
